Pretty much since I found out I was pregnant I have been addicted to looking on ebay for baby stuff... my favorite thing... crib sets! I've bid a couple of times, but always backed off, or at the last second was outbid. Today at school I was "watching" one crib set I've had my eye on. After school there was 2 minutes left on the item and so I decided to start bidding. It was at $48.00 and so I put in $51.99... It then said YOU ARE THE CURRENT HIGH BIDDER... my co-worker Christine was watching it with me in my room, then when I looked closer it said I bid $5199.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was like AHHHHHHHHHHH what did I just do.... and I basically started freaking out... I just kept repeating..."What do I do... What do I do?" Poor Christine had to see me in my flipping out stage. A few minutes later it said that I had won the item, but for only $71.00. Thank goodness it only bids for you $1.00 above what the next highest bidder was... holy cow I about had a heart attack. Afterwards, talking to Chris (he had a good laugh about the whole thing,) I was told that you can retract your bid if that happens. I'm just grateful I didn't spend $5199.00 on our baby's bedding... as cute as I know she's going to be, that's a little excessive!

That is funny! Blame it on the pregnancy! Does all of the stuff in the picture come with your set or is it just the bedding? It is so fun to buy stuff for the little one!

I did get a good laugh though after I knew that you didn't really spend that amount. I was sick for you at the time too. Glad it worked out though!

I laughed right outloud! that is so funny! At least you got a really cute set out of it! I loved all your pix of San Fran. Brent's brother used to live there so we got to go visit and it is a really fun place to be. Glad you guys had fun!
