After Chris' finals we headed to Utah for a week! We were excited to get a little family vaca in before Chris started his research project! We loved seeing family, playing cards, and doing lots of fun things!
Here is how McKenna likes to travel! She has to have her blankey, Doggy, Pony, and of course the bink!
The day after we got there we got to see Jaclyn graduate from high school!!! Go Jaclyn!

Chris and I were super excited to go away for a night while his parents took care of McKenna for us! We went to Tucano's, temple square, and then went to the Anniversary Inn and stayed in the Egyptian room!
The ceilings were a little low (especially for someone who is 6'5!)... It was supposed to be like we were inside a pyramid! They give you cheesecake and sparkling cider at night and breakfast in bed! Life was good!
Chris was in heaven on the boat of course!

We also went to the farm at Thanksgiving Point and saw all the animals! McKenna loved it!
This horse was a little too close for her liking! She wanted Chris to back up!
They had animals all over you could pet and they also had a hay ride!
We were excited to go and had a lot of fun! We came back to Arizona and to 110 degree weather... so hopefully I will survive the summer! So far we've hit the pool everyday we've been back! I think we'll be there a lot!

Your trip looked like a blast!! Funny, we stayed in the same room you did at the Anniversary Inn!! We loved the little breakfast nook in the corner and the snake for the shower head! They have such creative rooms. It was good to see you the other day! Glad things are going great for you guys
