Chris turned the big 3-0 back on July 3rd! From my birthday in February until his birthday he calls me Grandma since I'm a whole 5 months older... so we can officially call him grandpa!
For months and months I thought about how to make his 30th special since he did such a great job with mine... the problem is the guy is ALWAYS working!!! I mean... ALWAYS working. So On his actual birthday I let him sleep in and the girls and I gave him our gifts when he woke up...
Don't mind the girls' outfits and hair... this is the real us lol...

a water bottle that was featured on shark tank...
bose bluetooth speaker he wanted so much...
and a new stethoscope! He had informed me that he was being mocked at work for his old stethoscope I had given him... it started orange and has faded to more of a peach. One of the doctors informed him it looked like a girl stethoscope... hmmm.... yep, time for a new one!
He had to work the night shift so he took a long nap and then we had the Simpsons and the Sledges over for a bbq and some cake before he left...
A few days after his birthday I surprised him and took him to Magic Springs (amusement/water park) while Kelly and John watched the girls for us! It was so much fun and we felt like we were 16 again!!!!
