Grandma comes to Arkansas!!!

Grandma Dalby came to Arkansas for her spring break!!!  We were all SOOO excited she was coming we could hardly contain ourselves! :)

We shopped, watched 2 days of conference, ate, went to the rock creek tubes, went to the zoo, and she was able to go to their dance class!  She and I also stayed up late watching TLC and our personal favorite... Suze Orman! :)  It was heaven having here and she made me super home sick... well... family sick.

The Tubes at Rock Creek... This playland is in a big mega church here... it's awesome and the best part is that it's clean and free to the public!!!  Saweet!!!  I'm pretty sure my mom went down the slide more time than the girls did haha!  They were loving Grandma play with them!  The best part was Adyson was TERRIFIED to go down the biggest slide.  Probably because McKenna kept referring to it as the dark slide and Adyson hates the dark.  We kept bribing her and begging her to just try it and she refused.  She would run the other way when we even mentioned it.  Right as we said it was time to go she all of a sudden wanted to go down it like it was no big deal.  She now refers to it as "The blue slide that is not the dark slide."  She talks about it all the time and wants Grandma to come back and take her down "the blue slide that is not the dark slide" again! :)

After the zoo we met Chris at work so he could say goodbye...

Ok.... now I REALLY REALLY want her to come back!!!!  Thanks for coming out Grandma!!!  We love you so much and miss you!!!!

Camping Fun!

Last month was a Ca-Razy month for Chris.  He was on a trauma rotation and he was working 100 hour work weeks.  Let's just say that I'm glad he chose E.R. and he doesn't normally have that schedule!!

He had 2 days off and we took full advantage of them and went camping with the Sledge Fam!!!  They have a sweet new camping trailer and it was my kind of camping!  Cable... beds... bathrooms... it was great!  The girls were in heaven and loved every second of the dirt, fishing, and smores they ate plenty of!

Adyson's Mommy Date!

 My sweet little Adyson and I had a Mommy/Adyson date recently.  It was real simple... a sonic slushie followed by trying on Easter dresses!  I was super impressed with her cat walk skills and she put on quite the fashion show for me!!!  

We loved our one on one time!  Love you Adyson!

Wye Mountain!

 John and Kelly invited us to go to Wye Mountain with them!  It is a mountain... more like a little hill... that is covered in daffodils!  Unfortunately, when we got there most of the daffodils hadn't bloomed yet.  So we used our imaginations on what it would look like covered hehehehe!  The few that had bloomed were beautiful though. :)

Click, Clack, Moo!

McKenna had a preschool field trip to the play Click, Clack, Moo!  She was so excited that I was going to join her!  We had a blast and the play was soooo cute and well done!  McKenna was in HEAVEN with me on her one side and Mrs. Helen on her other side!
