Chirstmas Party Central!!

We had had so many Christmas parties this season!  We had so much fun at each one but are totally partied out

I mean... we LOVE partying... and we LOVE Santa.  but the girls saw Santa 6 times this year... ya.  A little overboard!  They had PLENTY of opportunity to let him know what their little hearts desired.  This includes Adyson who every. Single. time told Santa she wanted a skateboard.  Not sure where that came from but I think he got the message loud and clear!

My co-room mom for Mc's class is awesome.  She through a fab Christmas party that was DECKED out.  It also included a book exchange for the kids!...

Adyson's Preschool Christmas Performance/Brunch...

I adore Adyson's preschool!  They do a wonderful job of telling the story of the Savior's birth and then had a wonderful brunch!

The other room mom mostly handled this party but I did make the santa cupcakes and helped assemble the ornaments!  Adyson and Reagan had to come with me.  Mc's classmates LOVE her little sisters and go BONKERS over them.. They were huddled around them like they were a circus act.  They were all saying... "they all look exactly alike." HAHAHA

UAMS Emergency Department Christmas Party

We really love Chris's program and all the attendings and directors!  We are grateful they always take care of us residents!  They through a great party complete with awesome food, Santa, and amazing generous gifts for the kiddos!

 McKenna got an Ariel Lego set.  Adyson got a talking Doc McStuffins.  Reagan got an Elsa bag with a blanket inside and an adorable Elsa doll!  They all were in heaven!!!

Holy smokes we are so blessed this year to have great friends in Arkansas to be able to celebrate this Christmas season with!!!!

McKenna's Kindergarten Frozen Performance!

McKenna had her Kindergarten music performance!  The theme... Frozen :)  Good thing I just happened to have this Elsa costume sitting around!  The hardest part about sitting through the performance... trying to stop Adyson and Reagan from belting at the top of their lungs with the performers!

 Good job Mc Mc!!!  We are proud to call you OUR Elsa! :)

November Festivities!

We had SUCH a busy November!  

I am one of McKenna's room Mom's and so I had to help put together things for the schools big fundraiser.  We did a baking theme basket and ended up having enough stuff to add 3 different things to the auction!  I mainly focused on class cookbook.  Each student brought in their favorite recipe and then illustrated a picture of it and I also took pictures of all the kids in aprons etc.  It was a lot of work, but ended up being totally worth it!

 

The fundraiser is called "Christmas on the Hill."  It was SO cute.  Chris was working that night so we were just going to go over for a minute and see how it all was put together and then leave.  I wasn't planning on spending any money... well... we I ended up being one of the last people to leave and spending $130... WHOOPS!!!

The last minute before time was up for the bidding all the dads were huddled around the cookbook and apron that we made to get it... I was shocked!!!  They both went for over almost $130... plus our big basket.  We were able to raise hundreds of dollars for the school!

Here's what I ended up coming home with... a gift card tree haha!  All to places I would have spent money at anyways so I figured the money might as well go to the school!!!

Later in November we went to see Santa at Bass Pro Shop!  They do such a great job there! 

THANKSGIVING!

We hosted dinner at our home this year and had over the Hawkes fam.

As you can see Reags REALLY enjoyed her pie!!!  It was lots of fun to host and make a lot of the dinner! I'm so grateful for my family and a best friend to be with forever, Chris!  After dinner I of course shopped and got the deal finding out of my system!  Lots of fun!  

We had a wonderful November full of reasons to be thankful to our loving Heavenly Father!!!  He is the reason for all of our happiness!!!
