4 Years!

Wednesday was our 4 year anniversary! Chris surprised me with gorg red roses and I gave Chris a letter for each year we were married throughout the day... then We celebrated yesterday, on April Fools :)

It was my year to plan our anniversary. We had a 4 course picnic to celebrate each year we've been married!...

1st Course... spinach salad!

2nd Course... a baby blossom from Texas Roadhouse!

3rd Course... the entree, rolls, potatoes, ribs, and pulled pork from Texas Roadhouse! (Don't worry, we did NOT eat all this food :) )

Chris then opened up the gift... the last season of 24! When we first started dating, Chris introduced me to 24 and I was HOOKED! We'd go out on the lawn outside his apartment and watch it on his computer for hours! Right before summer we broke up (this part of the story would be sad if you didn't already know the ending :) The ENTIRE summer we still spent every day together and a lot of nights this is what we did... watch 24 out on the grass! We'd watch until either his computer died or we heard the dreaded noise of the sprinklers going to come on! We got real good at running when we heard that noise! This was when Chris became my best friend and he has been ever since. He is my perfection and I love him more than words can express!

So that's what we did... stuffed our faces, then watched 24!


We were so full from dinner that we decided to wait until for our 4th course until after we got home and put the girls to bed!

4th Course... Chocolate fondue with cheesecake, sponge cake, strawberries, and bananas to dip! I went out and bought this mini stove so we could do it at the park. But since we didn't want to die, we didn't use it in the house but I made Chris set it up anyways :)

It was WAY yum!
