Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!

What a fun time we had this year celebrating the resurrection of our Savior! Saturday we had 2 egg hunts! One at the school and one at our apartment complex!

At the Midwestern egg hunt they had bouncys, snacks, and of course, the Easter Bunny made his appearance!...

The girls getting ready to get the eggs!

Ready, set, go!...

This picture of McKenna going down the slide was easy to get since she got stuck right here... for a while! :)

The best pic I got with thee bunny... Neither are looking.. oh well :)

After we went to our complex's egg hunt! The girls were more interested in eating their baskets...

Later that night we dyed our Easter eggs! Always an exciting experience with a 2 girls their age!

Adyson holding her plastic eggs!...

Chris started laughing when he saw this egg that had burst open, he said it looked like "a hurniated brain" ummm, hmm... guess you have to be a med student to think that's funny! I thought it was funny that he thought that was so funny :)

He then made me take a picture just of the egg so he could share with his class... I'm glad he can share his med school humor with others!

Then on Easter Eve of course the Easter Bunny found the girls!

Adyson's basket!...

McKenna's basket!...

That morning the girls followed a trail of eggs that the Easter Bunny had left leading them to their baskets!

They were thrilled with what they found!

Happy first Easter to my pumpkin Adyson!

Then we quickly headed off to our 9:00 church and had a wonderful Easter morning there!

That evening we headed to Gilbert to my aunt and uncle's home for Easter dinner... it was so yum and we loved seeing them! Thanks Roger and Nancy for having us!

McKenna was in HEAVEN playing with my cousins!

Happy Easter everyone!

They had an easter bunny at Costco this year, but my kids were totally freaked out and refused to sit on his lap. I don't really blame them... the girls look so cute in their Easter dresses. Love ya!

I can't believe you waited so long to give the girls that vanity desk!! There is no way I could have waited to give Brooklyn something so fun like that! Talk about self control! Cute, cute post!!

I feel like a broken record saying how cute your girls are, but I can't help it! I'm totally envious of the warm weather it looks like you are enjoying it. You look great!
