Preschool!

I've mentioned before that McKenna was doing preschool co-op this year again.  We are with a different group and although McKenna was sad she wouldn't be with her other friends before the first day, she absolutely loves it!  McKenna used to be the oldest of the bunch and now she is actually the youngest of the group.  We are missing our other girl, Olive, who's out of town.  We do it every Tuesday and Thursday for 2 hours!  McKenna loves getting out and that means Adyson and I get a little time!  As I also mentioned before, Angel has offered to watch Adyson so I can run while McKenna is gone.  Adyson LOVES going there.  When she hears it's time for preschool she says "Oh... My Angels!"  Then hurries and gets her backpack packed with a show and snacks!  It is so cute.  One day when she didn't go she just kept whimpering in a sad voice "My Angels?"  It was so sad!  Adyson has also surprised me by being very sad everytime we drop off McKenna.  She says "I miss McKenna."  It's the cutest thing in the world... but also kinda sad!

This week was my first week teaching.  We each picked different topics.  I chose cooking.  I know.... shocking that the prior home ec teacher chooses cooking.  They had so much fun.  On Tuesday we read "If you Give a Moose a Muffin" and then made blueberry muffins.  Today we sang a pizza song, then they all helped me make the dough and they each got to make their own pizza!  They had a great time!

I also made them each an apron and they put their handprints on them!!!
