Thanksgiving 2012!

 Since Chris is a traveling machine these days with residency interviews we were tempted to stay in AZ for Thanksgiving... but... since we will most likely be moving back east soon we figured we should see the fams as much as we can!  I'm soooo glad we went because it was a blast!

Chris was supposed to have a test on Wednesday but he told them he had a "schedule change" and he's now going to take it later in the month :)  So we headed out Monday after he got done with work and headed to Nana and Papas!

The next day we hit up cafe rio and played games that night!

They also gave us our new family elf... Star :)

Adyson likes the dogs just a little!  Too bad mommy is so allergic!

 

Wednesday morning we headed to Shanna's to spend out Thanksgiving with the Dalby fam!!

Livi got the girls each a kitty cat so they would all be able to play kitties together :)

That day we just had fun catching up and hanging out and we took FULL advantage of Tara's new cosmetology skills with manis, pedis, haircuts, etc!!!  Lucky us!  That night we headed to a jump place... it was a blast!

 

Thanksgiving Day

The big excitement of the whole trip was our baby of the family, Brad, opening up his mission call!!!!!  We were ALL SOOOOO excited and I was so glad we got to be there for the special moment when it was opened!! 

 Elder Dalby has been called to serve to the Richmond, Virginia Mission!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats Brad!!  We love you!!!

 

I hope the hotness runs in the  family :)  ...

 The girls ate up some Grandpa time!  Including him playing prince and princesses!

 What the boys really wanted to do the whole time...

I made these "cornucopias" and inside was something someone was thankful for, then we had to guess who's it was :)

 I SERIOUSLY couldn't get enough of little Logy!  I just wanted to eat him up!!!!!

There just wasn't enough pies...

All Chris requested was a costco pecan pie so he was a little excited!

And with all the pie, the only dessert kiddies wanted was an ice cream cone :)

 

That night all the girls went shopping which is what we do best!  I was rather disappointed in the sales this year but I can't lie, I'm sure I'll be out next year as well!!

Friday night we went to temple square and went on carriage rides then the guys went to the Jazz game to see Jimmer play the jazz and the girls walked around temple square some!

 Ethan was SOOO happy to be taking a pic hahahahaha... he is too stinkin cute.

 Saturday we headed back to the Fowler's where we got motorcycle rides and went to the nickelcade!

We had a BLAST and like always, the saddest part was that it was all over!  Oh... and the fact that pretty much everyone had the flu... yikes!  Poor Chris had to drive all the way home with it.  But we are now home and now the Christmas countdown can begin!!!
