My Baby Girls!

A couple weeks ago we had pictures taken of both our baby girls!!!

I am currently just over 21 weeks pregnant with baby girl Fowler 2! All is well and I think she will be just adorable! During the ultrasound she asked me.... "Is your husband tall?" Yes... yes... he is and I'm sure just like McKenna she will be as well!

I had McKenna's year pictures taken a little late... I had to get them taken twice because she cried through the entire first session... the easter eggs were the only thing that calmed her down... so therefore... we have Easter pics as well! :)

Easter Festivities!

Happy Easter Everyone!

We had such a great Easter this year! Saturday McKenna had 2 easter egg hunts, one at Midwestern and one at our apartment complex! She had a great time and since she already loves to carry things around in baskets the concept came super easy to her!

The Easter Bunny... well... didn't go over so well and unfortunately since she was scared to death this was the best picture I got! :)

I got McKenna an Elmo basket because she is obsessed with Elmo! She loved it!

I'm pretty sure the farm animal eggs was her favorite part because it took her forever to actually get to the Easter basket!

Sunday night we headed to my aunt and uncles for some AMAZING food and company!!! We loved seeing everyone! Thanks Nancy for the invite!:)

Of course the best part of our Easter was being able to spend time as a family and listen to conference! We enjoyed all the messages from our Prophet and everyone else that spoke. We are so grateful for our Savior Jesus Christ and we know that He lives! My goal is to live my life accordingly so I can live with Him and my beautiful family forever.

3 Years!

Tuesday was our 3 year anniversary! I woke up to gorgeous roses and other gifts from Chris including a card that made me cry!

Last night we got to have a night out and enjoyed dinner at Texas Roadhouse thanks to my parents! Thank you!

I love Chris so much and I am so lucky to be able to call him mine!

Big Girl!

I'm not quite sure when it happened, but everyday McKenna seems less like my baby and more like a big girl... it's crazy!

Her long legs were hanging so far over her car seat so she is now in her front sitting car seat! She just looks so old to me!

Crawling is now way out and walking is the very cool thing to do!

All of a sudden she also started repeating things we say! Her favorite words...

Midwestern Events!

Midwestern has had some fun events in the last week!

Last weekend was the annual casino night to send off the second years who will be starting their rotations! Chris and I had a fun night out while some friends took care of McKenna! There was lots of food and you could win prizes with your winnings from the gambling! No prizes for us though:(

Last night was another annual event... Cuts for kids, where the entire neighborhood is invited to get free haircuts for locks of love! There was lots of food, games and auctions. I donated a cake and a gift certificate for a free specialty cake!

I'm pretty sure Chris wanted to go on this way more than McKenna!!!

They had plants for the kids to plant themselves! McKenna planted a green pepper plant!

IT'S A GIRL!

And we are so very excited... shocked... but excited! We thought for sure we were having a boy but it the tech assured me it is definitely a girl! I was so shocked when I went to give my sample... (ladies you know the sample I'm talking about...!) I forgot to give them the sample in the cup... I felt so dumb, they assured me it happens all the time and it was okay!

Chris got McKenna a sucker from the checkout desk in the office and by the time we got home she had ripped the wrapper off and had sucker all over her! It's okay though because it's a day to celebrate that McKenna is going to have a little sister!

Phoenix Children's Museum!

This week is Chris' spring break! He has simply been in heaven being able to sit around and do nothing! We almost jumped in the car many times and took spontaneous trip with ideas of Disney land or Utah... but in the end decided we kinda just wanted to sit and do nothing!

Today we took a trip down to the Phoenix Children's museum and had so much fun!

This was a little thing you stood on and it blew a ton of air up at you... you can't really tell but her outfit is all puffed out... it was pretty cute, but she did not like it!


This was by far her favorite area... just some mats to climb on with mirrors!
